Sansu - Yuzu & Ume Plum Sparkling Fruit Drink
We've scoured Japan for the best ume plum extract. This little fruit is used to make plum liqueur known as Umeshu. Ume plum exudes the fragrant intensity of a ripe apricot with vanilla notes. As a mixer, we recommend pairing it with Bacardi.
We use top grade yuzu juice procured from small orchards and blend it with yuzu oil extract. We do not use a drop of lemon juice or 'natural' flavourings to synthetically create the taste of yuzu. We use deionised apple juice to give body and a hint of sweetness.
Each bottle has a calorie count equivalent to half a banana.
