    Just because you can’t tolerate gluten, doesn’t mean you have to tolerate boring breakfasts. This coconut muesli’s got quinoa and buckwheat flakes, which are both psuedograins packed with flavour but free from gluten. There’s seeds for crunch, dates and raisins for squidge, chia seeds just for the heck of it, and coconut flakes to bring it all together.

  • Gluten free oats, gluten free jumbo oats, coconut flakes, brown linseeds, sunflower seeds, chia (salvia Hispanic) seeds, pumpkin seeds, dates, raisins, sultanas, buckwheat flakes, apple, apricots, quinoa flakes.
