  • This was the very first product developed by our R&D team — a milestone for JOSE Gourmet. Made with cuttlefish, its own ink and shrimp , this paté delivers an intense, layered taste of the sea that’s rare in spreadable preserves.

    The ink provides depth and richness, while the shrimp adds subtle sweetness and balance. The result is a complex, ocean-forward flavour profile, bold yet elegant, crafted for true lovers of the sea.

  • Cuttlefish (Spiida) (25.6%), Shrimp (Palameon Serratus) (25.6%), Tomato Pulp (5,12%), (Onion, Garlic, Black Pepper)(11.33%), (Wine White, Water, Choco Ink) (11.16%), Extra Virgin olive Oil (4.6%), Mayonnaise (Eggs, Olive Oil, Wine Vinegar)(1,28%), and Salt.
