A 70% dark drinking chocolate made using cacao from Camino Verde in the the Durán region in Ecuador. This drink exhibits deep chocolate flavours as well as slight tannic undertones with a hint of sweetness from the coconut sugar.

How to use
In a small pot, combine water with brown sugar until dissolved. Whisk in chocolate over a medium heat until smooth and steaming. Transfer to cups and serve immediately.
