For those who wanted to watch their sugar intake, dark chocolate was always the go to bar! I wanted to deliver a gluten free chocolate, with even lower sugar and only 60% cacao. A dark vegan chocolate but not quite as dark and bitter as the classic 70-80% cacao bars out there. The salt provides balance.
